Greg Oden wasn't the only USA standout during first day of USA Youth Festival/International Sports Invitational. Bill Walker and Kyle Singler also help lead USA Team White to 53-point victory over China Tuesday night. Seven-team tournament runs thru Saturday in San Diego.
